Cut & Uncut

Tickling drops of water or subtle fountain from your fervor eyes
Doors of which you closed, leaving the captive dreaming inside
Frozen like your plans, lingering beneath the nuances of your voice
Fragile the vows we made sensitive the monologues we shared
The threshold we crossed, delicate photons that illuminated the night
Under the azure sky witnessed the death of rogue rebels
Murdered by the cliche of your sabotaged crimson smile
Was I yours? Were you mine?
How to solve the enigma of your complicated subtle rhymes
Without similes, Without metaphors
Just the signature of your personified irony
A whisper to dandelions, the sailors always silent in troubled times
Like the whole world disappears and nothing else matters
Nothing has spread faster than the darkness of seeing you passing by
Yes, I solemnly refuse to accept the reality
Memory an eternal rumor, a permanent state of affair a failed voyage in ignorance
Why we fought? why the discomfort of complexities hampered our growth?
Watered by faith warmed by hope, deep were the roots of our nurtured lifetime
What is now proved was never imagined
Is the pain worth, the cycle can always be reversed like the ballet of destruction
All sins in attempt to fill the void
Yes I don't want to meet you unless you crave for same
I won't tell stories unless you're sold to listen them again and again
The first cut is deepest, together let's serve the buffet of lies
Let's hate each other, vengeance boiling till the saturation point
I know you won't listen, neither the ego I preserve
Cut & Uncut, the queen left to turn a mere kingdom into prized empire
One I never understood and one she never told
Who cares for a broken King, betrayed and demolished
Yes even the most dangerous men can be outmaneuvered
Nothing's ever for sure and now that's the surest thing I know
